IPT has been producing high-quality, dependable products for fourteen (14) years. We are committed to producing rugged, yet easy to use products. From time to time there are, however, maintenance issues with any high-quality product. For example, our operating system was designed by the same folks who created the operating software for the NASA moon rover. We believe that our software is highly reliable; however it will undoubtedly need updating. As evidence of the high value we place on our customers, our software updates are free for the life of your system. We offer service and support for our products from our Tulsa, Oklahoma office.

Analog Support

Our analog in-car video cameras are in thousands of law enforcement vehicles. Any service or support issues should be addressed by calling our toll free number 800.528.1655 during regular business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST Mon through Fri. Request Analog support when you call for repairs or with questions and let us know your agency name and location. We keep detailed records of our customers and their purchases; your assistance will assist us in updating your information file.

VisionHawk Support

Our VisionHawk digital evidence solution is comprised of in-car cameras, a control panel, monitor screen, recessed microphones, an evidence vault and a GPS antenna. The components were chosen based on their ease of use and high reliability. In addition, there are very few moving parts contained within the in-car mechanisms. The VisionHawk hardware and software is covered by our one(1) year warranty as a standard feature with this product. If any problem occurs with your VisionHawk units please call us immediately at 800.528.1655.

The VisionHawk product is assembled from parts that go through a rigorous testing process during their manufacture. After assembly is complete, each of our products is subjected to various quality control and functionality tests. We test the VisionHawk in extreme cold, heat, dust, and for shock.

Training

We have a variety of training methods available including in-house and on-site, please ask your IPT area representative for more information.

In-House Training

To provide as many training opportunities as possible to meet as many schedules as possible
International Police Technologies is offering digital in-car camera training for our VisionHawk system. This training will be conducted at our facility located at 4150 S. 87 E. Ave Tulsa, OK 74145. The class will consist of 8 hours (1 day) of training with optional 4 hours (1/2 day) of extended training. Our training classes are free-of-charge (excluding travel expenses).

The training will prepare officers how to better utilize their VisionHawk system and will include topics such as: touring our facility, basic operation and system components, in-car training (in vehicle), computer room training and complete back-end training.
