The VisionHawk ™ (hardware and software) and VisionHawk ™ server software (VSS) are warranted for one (1) year from the date of delivery. For a nominal fee an extended warranty is also available.

Technology is continuing to evolve, which means software updates for your
digital system will be an on-going concern for your agency. If you fail to
maintain your system you will eventually end up with out-of-date technology.
Beware when shopping for a digital in-car video system; 99% of all suppliers
will charge you a monthly or annual fee to receive any software updates. This
could cost your agency several thousands of dollars in the long run.
Us:
All software updates for the VisionHawk ™ digital recording equipment
are free for the life of the system. This means additional savings for you,
the customer. Please Note: there will be a fee charged for any software enhancements
released for the VisionHawk ™ digital recording system. Our design and
engineer teams are working hard to make sure your agency has the best possible
digital recording system. IPT will always strive to enhance our current technology
too make an already excellent product, even better.
